Palin Will Not Run But … Does Anyone Feel a Draft?

Posted on October 5, 2011

Palin saying no to a run for the Rose Garden is one thing; Palin’s extensive and dedicated and vocal national following allowing this to happen may be a horse of another color.  It is hard to imagine them just cashing in their chips. Think of the hundreds of websites that have been established in her name.

Will there be a large group that will try to draft her at the convention?  Judging from the response at some major Palin websites, the feeling is respect her decision but continue to support and stand beside her in her way of going.

One of Mrs. Palin’s most ardent and articulate supporters, Voting Female, has actually made a remark that will make it possible for many who have supported Palin as fully as she has to rally around another member of the current field of declared candidates:

The actual battle is not about Sarah Palin. It is about Obama and his Socialist Plans for bringing down the greatest country the world has ever known.

We Have Yet Begun To Fight!

Then again, “It’s never over ’till it’s over – you all know who said that.  These are surprising times and full of violent and uneasy change. The journey into the future these days is  full of many hairpin turns with poor visibility of oncoming issues and events.  In the twinkling of an eye, it could all change or be changed.  These are the very conditions under which a rogue element in American politics will find challenges and make unique contributions that will help shape the future.
